Description This position is considered remote; however, you will need to be in the Dallas Texas area as you will be maintaining our Huntington Bank branch facilities in that area. Summary: The Facilities Technician I will manages retail & corporate bank properties in various counties in the Dallas Texas area . They are an emergency responder - on call and overtime is mandatory based on business need. Primary focus is to self-perform 40-60% of maintenance work. Duties & Responsibilities: This position is considered remote; however, you will need to be in the Dallas Texas area as you will be maintaining our Huntington Bank branch facilities in that area. - Project planning, budgeting and all aspects of maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling. - Supply own basic tools including hammer, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, saws.
