Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: VHB’s Wethersfield, CT office is seeking an Entry Level Site/Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team and learn how to design and permit all kinds of challenging and rewarding projects. Responsibilities: - Work within a team of professionals in developing site civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of complex land development projects - Civil engineering design and permitting of residential, industrial, hospitality, institutional and commercial sites including grading and drainage, utilities,roadways and parking - Preparing plans and reports in support of State and local permitting Skills & Abilities: - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Self-motivated with strong desire to learn and grow - Thrives in a team environment - Ability to think critically and creatively Qualifications: Building what’s next, together.
