Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Representative Location: Brenntag UK Ltd, Westinghouse Road, Manchester M17 1QB Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Contract: Full Time About the Role: Acting as the first point of contact within an assigned territory, this role is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service through efficient order processing, effective query resolution, and coordinated complaint and returns management. The position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal processes and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries within the assigned territory. Process customer orders and re-orders accurately and in line with quality standards and performance targets. Coordinate customer complaints and returns management, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and order management. Complete all relevant reporting, administration, and system updates accurately and on time.
