Within the context of a client and family-centred framework and continuum based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision and values of the organization, the Team Leader, Withdrawal Management is responsible to oversee and coordinate the delivery/daily activities of the designated Substance Use program. Provides supervision to staff, plans and implements therapeutic Substance Use programs/services for clients with complex Substance Use issues; ensures services provide a high standard of care and promotes interdisciplinary practice and collaboration. Evaluates services to ensure program/service needs are met and liaises with key stakeholders on the achievement of program goals and objectives.
