This role owns the project from preconstruction through commissioning — managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, owner relationships, and closeout. You will work alongside our in-house superintendents and trade crews and interface directly with owners, engineers, and commissioning teams. This is a high-accountability role for someone who has done it before and knows how to deliver in a demanding environment. Key Responsibilities: - Own full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final commissioning and closeout on data center and mission-critical construction projects - Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls; maintain accurate forecasting and report variances to ownership - Lead weekly OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and commissioning planning sessions - Coordinate with MEP engineers, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors on critical systems...
