About the role: We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Port Operations Marshal to support the efficient day-to-day running of port and quay activities. This role is responsible for ensuring trailers, vehicles, and cargo are inspected, secured, and prepared correctly for shipment, while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and operational compliance. Working closely with operations, passenger services, stevedores, and drivers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth vessel discharge and loading activities. This role requires you to work any 5 from 7 days per week, on a variable shift pattern. You will be responsible for: Conducting trailer and vehicle inspections, checking for damage, correct temperature settings, secure cargo/seals, lashing points, and trestle positions prior to shipment.
