Senior Consumer Loan Servicing Associate

Job description

Position Summary Responsible for implementing policies, procedures and systems related to loan servicing functions. Ensures proper management of non-routine, higher-level loan servicing functions such as force-placed auto insurance, credit reporting disputes, fraud maintenance, and SCRA compliance. Monitors and reviews reports to ensure accurate functioning of the loan servicing system and reasonable quality assurance of performance of system maintenance. Provides support and back up for other functions in the department including auditing newly booked loans, performing system maintenance on loan accounts, maintaining departmental records and files, generating and mailing loan correspondence, and responding to internal and external customer inquiries and requests. Supports tasks related to vehicle loans including tracking and processing auto titles, processing auto title release, and tracking and uploading auto insurance to the insurance tracking vendor.
