We are looking for a talented School to Work - Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in Troy, MI In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Contribute to the design and development of advanced brake systems by supporting engineering projects across air, hydraulic, disc, wedge, S‑Cam, and SAHR brake platforms for specialty and off‑highway applications. - Apply engineering fundamentals to create 3D models and 2D drawings, supporting new product releases and sustaining activities throughout the full product lifecycle. - Strengthen product quality and reliability by assisting with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, statistical analysis, DVP&R, and design and technical reviews. - Support brake lab and testing activities by coordinating test development, tracking parts, managing priorities, and creating clear technical test reports. - Investigate service parts and field returns to identify root causes and contribute to data‑driven design improvements. - Enable project execution by managing purchase orders, meeting timelines, and ensuring engineering tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑function...
