Our client is seeking an experienced Large Loss: Construction Manager to oversee repair and rebuild projects within their restoration division. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating sub‑trades, managing timelines, and delivering high‑quality customer service. What You’ll Do: Oversee: all repair projects and supervise sub‑trades Ensure: compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSIB) Issue: Work Orders and Purchase Orders Verify: sub‑trade invoicing for accuracy Maintain: accurate project data in XactAnalysis and RMS Collaborate: closely with Project Managers and Coordinators Align: expectations with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs Meet: established profit margin targets Requirements: What You Bring: 5+ years of residential construction experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong: organizational and communication skills Ability: to manage multiple contractors, budgets, and timelines Safety‑first: mindset Valid: G driver’s license + ability to travel across the western GTA Clear: criminal background check Benefits: Salary: $65,000–$75,000 Company: vehicle + cellphone Benefits: after 3 months Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): A...
