Staff Analyst (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to support the 777 Systems Engineering Organization in Everett, WA . Position summary: The Staff Analyst partners with 777 Systems leadership to connect strategy to execution by providing program support, data analysis, meeting architecture, and communications. This experienced individual contributor role helps the team improve operating rhythm, track commitments, and deliver concise, leadership-ready information to enable timely, high‑quality engineering and delivery outcomes. Primary responsibilities: Support planning and tracking for design activities: maintain project schedules, capture milestones, track action items, and report status to leaders. Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources (schedules, budget summaries, workforce metrics, quality/safety indicators) and produce leadership-ready summaries and dashboards.
