Job DetailsJob Location: MDS Bus Ops - Orlando, FL 32805Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyGENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of Driver Relations, performs various tasks related to assisting motor coach drivers in the performance of their duties. TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain open door policy for all drivers. Manages and resolves all driver questions and concerns. Acts as a liaison between drivers and management. Reviews driver files and recommends to Assistant Director of Driver Relations whether action is required. Responsible for driver attendance, payroll information, gratuity records, uniform orders. Resolve operational and customer complaints. Actively work with other Driver Managers. Collaborate with other departments including Scheduling, Cashiers, and Dispatchers to resolve issues. May be required to perform other related duties as requested. QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
