Your job is more than a job. Education & Training: Develop and implement orientation programs for staff caring for transplant and CAR T patients. Provide initial and ongoing education related to: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation CAR T-cell therapy processes: Conditioning regimens: Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS): ICANS neurotoxicity monitoring: GVHD recognition and management: Infection prevention in immunocompromised patients: Maintain standardized education curricula across inpatient and outpatient settings. Coordinate annual competency validation for cellular therapy staff. FACT Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance with FACT standards related to education and staff competency. Maintain documentation of staff training and competency records. Participate in FACT readiness preparation and site inspections. Assist with development and updates of policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure education aligns with REMS and manufacturer requirements for CAR T therapies.
