Part-Time Charleroi, PA Location: Overall Function: Implements both facility and community-based therapeutic care, training, and habilitation of adults with Intellectual Disabilities who attend Riverside Horizons. Essential Functions: Works as part of a team, while facility-based, to provide care and pursue desired activities for individuals present at the facility. Responsible for providing transportation, supervision, and care of 1-6 individuals in integrated community settings. Provides activities and supports for: Developing skills and competencies necessary to pursue competitive integrated employment. Participating in community activities, organizations, groups, associations, or clubs to develop social networks. Identifying and participating in activities that provide purpose and responsibility.
