Senior Area Manager Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations each year and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state. Senior Area Manager (Sr. AM): Reports To: General Manager: Works Closely With: Director of Safety Salary: Base $80,000 - $95,000: Position Summary: The Senior Area Manager (Sr. AM) serves as the operational standards leader for the branch. This role is not assigned to specific communities or quadrants. Instead, the Sr. AM rotates strategically across all active jobs and markets within the branch, functioning as an internal auditor, safety leader, trainer, and operational support partner to the General Manager.
