Program Manager Department: RDI3: Employment Type: Contract / Temp: Location: RDI3-ARMY-USACE-236220-VA: Description: Program Manager (PgM) Key Responsibilities: Project Scope Areas Projects under this program may include, but are not limited to: - Lead and manage all program and project activities across multiple Task Orders under the RDI MATOC. - Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and Government stakeholders. - Ensure rapid mobilization of personnel, equipment, and resources, potentially within three (3) days of Government notification. - Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects with varying size, complexity, and geographic location. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and federal standards. - Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, environmental, and logistics personnel. - Prepare and submit required reports, including status updates, progress reports, and deliverables. - Support proposal development and response to Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFPs). - Ensure qualit...
