Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Training & Development Specialist to join the Data, Power and Control team. This remote role plays a key part in building a scalable, inclusive onboarding and training experience that helps sales professionals succeed from day one and continue growing throughout their careers.In this role, you will work closely with partners across Sales, Product Management, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Marketing, and Logistics to gather expertise and translate it into clear, repeatable training frameworks. Your work will help create consistency, clarity, and confidence for sales teams across multiple business units.
