The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments. Identify and interact with potential passive candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates Facilitate/coordinate interviews Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
