Job Description: Position Title: Production Supervisor – Paintshop Reporting To: Operations Director: Location: Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan: Hours of work : 40 Hours Monday to Thursday, 8AM – 5PM Friday 8AM-2PM Reporting to Operations Director, the Production Supervisor will lead the output of the paintshop and shot blast facilities ensuring an efficient flow of parts through the production process here at Terex MDS. Role Responsibilities: - Direct control of Paintshop Team Members to ensure they are motivated, trained, developed and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with Health and Safety standards. - Oversee the production process (paint and shot blast), confirming a production schedule to ensure that all products are processed on time and are to the correct quality standard - Safety, managing safe working practices and ensuring high environmental standards within the team - Plan, organise, direct and control the activities and resources necessary to achieve daily targets - Quality - ensure that production is working to required standards in a zero defects culture, following standard work - Delivery - control and manage th...
