The Assistant Manager, Visual Operations, serves as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director. This individual acts as a lead project manager, proactively "looking around the corner" to manage workload, plan resources, and handle all administrative logistics. By ensuring all deliverables are met, this role enables the creative team to function seamlessly. Responsibilities: Proactive Project Management & Planning - Visual Calendar Ownership: Manage and update the VM master calendar weekly. Track all critical dates, including directive execution, market milestones (showroom setups), store flips/openings, pop-ups, and in-store marketing activations. - Workload Forecasting: Proactively identify upcoming workload needs and liaise with business partners to schedule key meetings, touchbases, and setups (AD, Wholesale, and Rotational). - Production & Logistics: Lead the project management of store and window propping, overseeing everything from prop delivery logistics to installation schedules.
