Job Description: Required Skills & Experience: Technical Leadership & Application Development - 10+ years of experience in application development and delivery, with a strong technical foundation, including exposure to C/C++ and cloud-managed applications. - Hands-on technical background in application development, with the ability to engage deeply in architecture, design, and problem resolution. - Must have experience with application modernization, including migrations from mainframe-centric environments to modern cloud technology stacks. - Proven expertise in technical defect resolution, including memory leak identification, performance tuning, and system optimization. - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
