Summary: The MAT Registered Nurse/Care Manager is a part of multidisciplinary team within Sun River Health that uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and the use of resources. This position will monitor quality of care to ensure that infection control, risk management and all other aspects of services are appropriate. Serve as patient advocate, provide care management, and crisis management. Understand harm reduction approaches and demonstrate empathic understanding of medical and psychosocial development needs.
