Power & Harness Subsystem Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Space Mission Systems (SMS) Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Capability is seeking a Power and Harness Subsystem Engineering Manager to provide day-to-day leadership for a functional organization with 15+ staff performing spacecraft subsystems engineering in El Segundo, CA. This Functional Manager will be responsible for setting the strategy and vision and developing implementation plans to provide the people, processes, and tools to execute electrical power and harness engineering work scope for our El Segundo spacecraft business. Position Responsibilities: Electrical Power and Harness end-to-end life cycle including requirements definition, design, implementation and verification of spacecraft control functions.
