POSITION SUMMARY: This position works collaboratively with various child-serving systems to promote interagency coordination and service delivery. Identify gaps in service systems and provide recommendations to Department Heads for follow-up. Represent cross-system children’s issues with community groups. Advocate for children, adolescents, and families. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: - Collect, compile, and analyze information and data related to services for children. - Provide input to service system partners on service system gaps, participate in related problem resolution, service development, and implementation. - Attend and participate in interagency meetings as requested. - Serves as MH/DD liaison on Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Complex Case Child and Adolescent review teams. - Link parents, families, and community members with varied service system resources. - Attend Regional and State CASSP meetings and conferences. - Facilitate and co-chair ad hoc Berks MH/DD Advisory Board CASSP Advisory Sub-Committee meetings. - Attend Board and Committee meetings...
