Popis nabídky práce: CO BUDETE DĚLAT?: - Pracovat s HR daty, udržovat jejich správnost v systémech a připravovat reporty pro management. - Analyzovat data (fluktuace, odměňování, nábor, ...) a podílet se na rozhodování. - Vytvářet a automatizovat HR reporty a dashboardy (Power BI, Excel). - Podporovat HR procesy – nábor, vzdělávání, odměňování i HR administrativu. - Spolupracovat s HR týmem, manažery i zahraničními kole...
