Position Summary: The Inside Sales & Service Manager is responsible for managing all drive-in customer service operations within the commercial tire facility. This role serves as the primary point of contact for walk-in and drive-in customers seeking tire and light mechanical services. The position focuses on delivering quick, efficient service while identifying sales opportunities, developing leads for outside sales representatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales & Service Manager coordinates closely with technicians, service staff, and outside sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations and maximum service productivity.
