Position Summary Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal health agencies. We are exploring the addition of an experienced Healthcare Consultant Manager to support our clients in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on providing project management and support across mission-focused programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead complex, veteran-focused programs by managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams while consistently exceeding client expectations - Direct the development of high-visibility deliverables and program artifacts aligned with client objectives - Assess existing practices and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience - Demonstrate responsibility supporting complex, team-based engagements within consulting organizations, government agencies, or federal support contractors - Experience with consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, and process improvement, to drive successful o...
