Team Leader (On Call) - Community Stabilization

We're a not-for-profit mental health centre based in Calgary, with locations across Alberta. Our mission is to build good mental health and well-being so everyone can thrive in their community. Wood's Homes is looking for one (1) full-time Team Leader for our Community Group Care Programs. The Team Leader is responsible for addressing after-hours on-call crises from Friday to Monday. This non-unionized position reporting to the program manager. These programs provide 24/7 treatment for clients experiencing significant challenges including but not limited to: - Deficits in daily functioning, school performance issues, chronic mental health concerns, and behaviour concerns. - High-risk behaviours such as self-harming, suicidal ideations and gestures, verbally and physically aggressive behaviours - Substance use and addiction concerns RESPONSIBILITIES(Include but are not limited to): ◦ monitoring and authorizing staff hours, ◦ maintaining accurate and updated schedules ◦ editing case management documentation Supervising front-line staff including: - Answering crisis phone calls and staff sick calls - Ensuring programs are kept in excellent physical condition and that program structure...
