Responsible for supporting outbound customer communications related to order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution through non-phone channels, while coordinating closely with warehouse operations. Communicate with customers via email, messaging platforms, or internal systems regarding order status, delays, and shipment updates. Strong written communication skills.
