Job Details Jefferson College of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants with experience in medical-surgical nursing to join our team. This full-time, 12-month faculty position is part of the Undergraduate Program, based at our Center City Campus in Philadelphia, PA. The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold academic integrity through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and student learning experiences across classroom, laboratory/simulation, and clinical settings. Interested applicants must possess visionary, creative leadership skills to provide implementation of nursing curriculum within the undergraduate program. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty for course planning/projections; identifying needed resources; overseeing selection of clinical preceptors and clinical sites; and overseeing student clinical placement and progression. Faculty members collaborate with Chair of Programs, Associate Deans, Dean, and support services to achieve program outcomes.
