Overview of the role This position is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll using UKG and Kronos/WFM time and labor systems. This associate will respond to frequent and urgent requests for information regarding payroll, will be responsible for the administration of payroll, including escheatment and garnishment notifications, maintaining policies and procedures, seeking areas for constant efficiencies and improvements, and managing the overall processing needs of the payroll department. Responsibilities: - Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing through UKG and ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of runs - Respond to questions from associates and managers regarding paychecks, direct deposit, W-2s, and/or general payroll questions - Run and prepare reports on a regular basis for Payroll and other departments - Prepare and administer payroll information for imports/exports from Core HR system and time keeping systems into UKG payroll for processing, assist with quality control and record maintenance to ensure accuracy, service quality and data integrity - Manage audit checks to validate accuracy of payroll (pre check and post checks) -...
