Senior Manager, Data Lakehouse Data Strategy: US Exempt Regular: Full time: Stateside Exempt 4.3: Senior Manager, Data Lakehouse Data Strategy: Full-time, Exempt Regular, Pay Grade 4.3 Location: Hybrid (Onsite presence in Adelphi, MD at minimum 3 days a week) The Senior Manager, Data Lakehouse is a senior technical and people leader responsible for executing and operating UMGC’s enterprise data strategy through the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Data Lakehouse and analytics platform. This role leads the day to day operation of the Databricks Lakehouse platform, ensuring data is secure, reliable, and optimized to support analytics and AI/ML enabled decision making. The position balances hands on technical leadership, team management, and platform operations while collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to support approved enterprise initiatives.
