Job Type Full-time Description: Splicing Manager: Traveling, East Coast, US- Operations: Description: Job Summary: The Splicing Manager / Supervisor provides in-market, field-based oversight of fiber-optic splicing crews across multiple project locations. This role is responsible for directing day-to-day splicing activities, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and serving as the primary field point of contact. The position is travel-heavy and focused on leadership, guidance, and accountability. This role requires travel to various markets on the East Coast, as needed. We're looking for someone with a decent grasp of day-to-day splicing. Key Responsibilities: - Be physically present in assigned markets to oversee daily splicing operations - Direct and prioritize splicing crews’ day-to-day activities and work plans - Serve as the main field liaison between splicing crews, project management, and construction teams - Ensure splicing work is performed according to project specifications, quality standards, and schedules - Monitor progress, productivity, and workmanship throughout the workday - Review and verify splice documentation, test results, and as-built...
