POSITION SUMMARY: The Public Safety Operations Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients, visitors, staff, and the surrounding community at BMC South. Serving as the Public Safety supervisor on assigned shifts, this role is responsible for guiding, supporting, and holding Public Safety personnel accountable while ensuring effective staffing, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with healthcare security standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in workforce performance management, security incident response, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical leadership and external public safety partners.
