Granite City Food & Brewing -- Seasonal/Temporary Hiring (Early May--Mid July) Overview: Granite City Food & Brewing is hiring seasonal staff to support increased service during the nearby World Cup events. Short-term positions available: Cook, Host, Server . Seasonal assignments run from early May through mid-July. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work a fast-paced, team-oriented shift schedule including nights and weekends. General Requirements (all roles): Position: Cook (Line Cook / Prep Cook) - Availability from early May through mid July; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days. - Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. - Valid work authorization. - Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one if required by local regulations (employer assistance offered where applicable). - Background checks may be required.
