Sr. Analytics and Process Control Manager

Job description

Awardco is seeking a Sr. Analytics and Process Control Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and success of our Corporate Gifting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process mapping and review, reporting and operational data insights, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize business processes, and owning projects to enable scale the department. This role will leverage tools such as Monday.com, ERP systems, AI, other programs to generate actionable reports and recommendations for stakeholders across the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth process mapping and evaluations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the Marketplace and Gifting functions. Build workflows and train users on how to execute processes/business functions in the department. Create, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards using Monday.com or Tableau. Provide ad hoc analysis and insights for the Marketplace and Gifting functions to support business objectives, including vendor management dashboards.
