This is a high-impact role, combining delivery of a large, complex frontline service with an ambitious transformation agenda. Our service directly impacts thousands of residents every day, from home-to-school transport to fleet operations and regional transport strategy so this is a rare opportunity to influence local, regional and national transport agendas while driving innovation, efficiency and service excellence. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of fleet and passenger transport services, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
