Viracon LLC Viracon is continuously hiring entry level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN. Pay Range: $18.60 – $20.15/hr: What You’ll Do: You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. What We’re Looking For: This is an entry level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule , follow instructions, and work safely in a fast paced environment.
