Job description

Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contract and Quote Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our sales and operations process, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts and sales proposals for our services. You will be the expert operator of our custom quoting and contract management applications, working within a complex, SKU-based quoting process and managing intricate parent/child account relationships. This position serves as a critical link between our Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery and Operations teams, ensuring that all contracts and quotes are accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed through our core internal systems. This is a hybrid position requiring proximity to our Pittsburgh North Shore Headquarter office location.
