Role Overview: The Area Director of Human Resources (ADHR) is a senior HR leader responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support across multiple countries, including Ireland, the UK, France, and Dubai. The role partners closely with regional and site leadership to drive business results through strong people strategies, effective associate relations, leadership development, and consistent HR practices. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources (APEME), the ADHR works in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide HR programs while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies. Key Accountabilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Act as a trusted HR business partner to senior leaders, providing proactive advice on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce risk. - Supports the development and execution of business and people strategies that drive performance and engagement across the region. - Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance in the application of HR policies and practices.
