What You’ll Do: Lead technical accounting research and prepare memos for complex, non-routine transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP Analyze accounting implications of significant transactions, including revenue, equity, debt, business combinations, leases, and stock-based compensation Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Tax, FP&A, Treasury) to assess accounting impacts and provide guidance ahead of execution Develop and maintain accounting policies; evaluate and implement new FASB and SEC guidance in preparation for public company readiness Support IPO readiness efforts, including drafting technical disclosures, assisting with S-1/10-K pre...
