Job Description As a Total Rewards Manager, you will own and continuously develop SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. A key part of your role is to create and evolve SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition, ensuring our compensation, benefits, and rewards clearly reflect what makes SIXT a great place to grow. As a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and leadership, you will translate business ambition into compelling, competitive, and compliant rewards programs. YOUR ROLE AT ASIXT: - You design and continuously improve compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs - You lead annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonuses, and pay reviews - You conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices - You Lead enterprise-wide benefits programs, driving vendor management, renewals, and cost optimization while partnering with Compliance to oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) benefits, streamline LOA administration, and deliver organization-wide LOA policy education - You develop and drive SIXT’s total rewards strategy in close partnership with HR and Finance - You ensure compliance with labor laws, pay t...
