Service Project Manager

Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: You will plan, coordinate, and oversee field installation and service activities for turnkey and project-based service orders related to odorization and RAF systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to schedule resources, manage subcontractors, and support technical site visits. You will work directly with customers to coordinate on-site operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare and manage documentation required for site access, service execution, certifications, billing, and supplier payments. You will supervise material readiness for field interventions, support quality and back-office processes, and provide regular reporting to service leadership. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by supporting service programs, managing service activities and customer feedback, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
