Join Euronext as a Business Operations Officer Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Operations Officer to join the Euronext Lisbon team. The position will be based in Lisbon and you will report to the CEO of Euronext Lisbon. As part of our Institutional functions team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of Euronext’s markets by supporting trading, compliance and corporate actions for listed companies. Working closely with regulators and market participants, we maintain transparency and effective governance. Join us to make a real impact at the heart of capital markets. You will primarily be responsible for: - Providing executive, administrative and development support to the CEO and Board, including day-to-day office management - Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the CEO and Board - Managing an active calendar of meetings and appointments, arranging complex travel plans and preparing confidential correspondence - Supporting the CEO and Board with research, background materials and presentations for internal and external meetings - Collaborating on local pr...
