Job Summary: Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage, Cloud, and End User Infrastructure technology solutions and ongoing support to the business. Plan, research, evaluate, and assist in the design and engineering of the enterprise’s technology infrastructure, with a primary focus on Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platforms. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, contribute to cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations under guidance, and produce technical documentation, system configurations, and support procedures. Assist with managing, planning, and maintaining technical platforms including Linux system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance. Monitor system performance and availability and assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
