Maintenance Technician - Scottsdale, AZ We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful Condominium Association. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. The pay range is between $25.00 and $28.00, dependent on experience. Qualifications: - 1-2 years building, and grounds maintenance experience - Have a valid drivers license - Experience in a residential condominium community preferred, but not required - Ability to lift 50lbs or more - Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls Skills and Knowledge: - General knowledge of landscaping, construction, plumbing and electrical - General knowledge of power tools - Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner. - Ability to assess problems and determine an appropriate solution. - High standard for customer service - Ability to follow instructions and procedures. - Great customer services skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Team work - Time management Job Duties include but are not limited to: - Assists in mai...
