The Opportunity: EY is looking for a Manager to lead the technical delivery and architecture of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) client engagements. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through MAS environment strategy, upgrades, operational readiness, and integration architecture while leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your Role: As a Manager, you will be accountable for owning and leading defined technical portions of client engagements, managing people, delivery quality, and risk, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to client and EY leadership. The Manager is expected to operate with limited supervision, make day‑to‑day delivery decisions independently, and escalate only material risks or strategic tradeoffs.
