Do you have the leadership skills to support your team to achieve great outcomes for clients? This is an exciting opportunity to lead two supported accommodation services in Brighton and Hove. The teams provide support with life skills, mental health and wellbeing and tenancy sustainment to people who have identified mental health needs and/or who have experienced homelessness. Southdown’s Rapid Rehousing Service provides low level support to people with experience of rough sleeping or homelessness. The project works alongside Brighton & Hove City Council’s Temporary Accommodation team who provide the accommodation. Southdown Moves provides low level supported accommodation to clients on Brighton and Hove’s mental health pathway with accommodation provided by Southdown. Both projects support people to recover...
