Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments according to the facility’s medication policy Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DON Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure. Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor. Complete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessary Report errors in the administration of medications Review and follow a written care plan.
