Join OneAdvanced We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing product engineering squads building technology that improves healthcare across the UK. You’ll combine technical leadership, strategic thinking, and people management to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable healthcare solutions. Working closely with product and business stakeholders, you’ll help shape engineering direction, raise delivery standards, and create meaningful impact through technology. This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 1–2 times per month, as required.
