Director - Enterprise Physical Security

Responsibilities New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe) is seeking a highly experienced, strategic Director of Physical Security to oversee the security operations for our national portfolio of properties. This leadership role will be responsible for establishing and enforcing comprehensive security, emergency management, and fire safety protocols, as well as overseeing the day-to-day physical security needs of all enterprise locations. The Director will provide oversight of both in-house and third-party security staff, manage budgeting and capital planning for security staffing, equipment, and IT needs, and ensure the highest standards of safety and security across all locations.
